Start with the basics.

Pay the bills.
You could try to find a new homeowner insurance company and pay the new homeowner premium yourself.
Some insurance companies will charge you an extra $300 to $1,000 for the insurance you have now, so you’ll want to do that as soon as possible.
Take out the new homeowners insurance.
Check out your current homeowner insurance policy and pay off the remaining premiums you have in the meantime.
Your policy will help you pay down your debt and pay down the principal you owe on the property you’re rebuilding.
If there’s a higher premium you’re going to have to work to make up the difference.
Find a new contractor.
If no new contractor is available, you can try to get help from an experienced home improvement contractor.
You don’t have to hire a new company to do this job.
You should also get a certified home improvement professional (CIP).
The CIP will be an experienced contractor who has been involved in some of the most popular projects.
The Cip is a contractor who will do the job for you and you will be paid for the work.
Make sure the Cip you choose has a good reputation with you before you hire him.
Get the new project started.
You have a few options here.
You might start by calling your local home improvement company to see what they can do for you.
Some companies will give you an estimate of how much they can charge you for the project.
If the estimate is too high, ask the company if you need more help.
You will also need to set a deadline for completing the project, and pay your contractor for the cost of the work on time.
Send your work to the contractor.
Before you can start the work, you will need to send your project to the new contractor for completion.
Before the project starts, you must send your contractor a signed contract to prove you’re paying the costs on time and on budget.
Send in your invoice.
Before sending your project in, you need an invoice from your contractor that shows you paid for all the costs.
You must send the invoice to your contractor no later than two weeks after you begin the project and no later that day.
You are responsible for paying all bills for the construction work and for the time it takes to finish.
Keep track of the project progress.
You need to keep track of everything you did, and how much you’re spending.
You’re also going to need to make sure that all your other tasks are being completed.
For instance, you may want to see how your house has been maintained during the project so you can determine if there are any issues.
If things are going well, you should be able set aside money for future repairs.
If problems occur, you might want to take out a second loan to cover any additional costs incurred.
If any problems arise, you could have to return the property to the original owner.
Send the completed project in.
If all the work is done on time, you have a new job on your hands.
The contractor should deliver your home improvements within six days.
However, if the contractor hasn’t finished the work by the six-day mark, it’s a good idea to schedule another contractor to work on your project.
